Local TD for Dublin Mid West and Fine Gael Equality Spokesperson Emer Higgins attended the launch of the Vote Yes + Yes campaign by the National Women Council of Ireland on January 25th in the historic Mansion House. The upcoming referenda will take place on March 8th, International Women’s Day, and seeks to amend the meaning of Family in the Constitution and to provide recognition for care provided by family members to each other.
