Ingredients :
Half teaspoon cumin
Half teaspoon coriander
Half teaspoon hot chilli powder.
2 vegetable stock cubes
2 carrots
2 potatoes
1 onion
800 millilitres of water
25g butter
Method :
Peel and chop the vegetables, in a pot over a medium heat melt the butter, add the onion and sauté until soft.
Add the potatoes, carrots and spices give it a good stir add the stock cubes and water bring to the boil, simmer until the vegetables are cooked. Blitz with a hand blender until smooth.
