Specsavers Liffey Valley Wins ‘Store of the Year’ in Prestigious Awards Ceremony in Dublin Staff ‘thrilled’ to accept the Excellence Award for the second year in a row The store, which is located in Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, picked up the special award at the annual Specsavers Excellence Awards recently. The awards ceremony took place in the Shelbourne Hotel and more than 25 staff members from the Liffey Valley store joined Specsavers Brand Ambassador Darren Kennedy at the event.
Conor Dewey, Retail Director in Liffey Valley, explained that the staff in the store are a “dedicated, professional and tight-knit team” that work hard seven days a week. Conor said: “We are incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication delivered by every member of our team in the pursuit of excellent customer service. Each day the team comes to work with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude and a genuine want to help customers in any way that they can. It is a privilege to work as part of this fantastic group.” The team was honoured on recently with the award for Excellence in Overall Store Performance – something that is made possible by everyone working at Specsavers Liffey Valley according to Conor. Conor said: “Our aim for the future is to continue to deliver excellent customer service in a welcoming environment with a team committed to offering an unparalleled customer experience to everyone who comes into the store.”
