Codex, Ireland’s leading B2B office supplier has announced the appointment of Audrey Jenkins as Head of Customer Experience – encompassing Customer Service, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Experience.
Audrey has managed the Customer Service department at Codex for over five years as, having joined the company initially as a temp to support a system migration. Her role evolved as she brought her extensive experience in customer service and process improvement to the team, ultimately leading to this new role in the company as Head of Customer Experience.
Prior to Codex, Audrey held various roles at Eir, including Head of Customer Advocacy, where she developed expertise in process improvement and customer satisfaction. Her leadership experience spans over a decade, during which time she spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies and customer relations.
At Codex, Audrey’s impact has been transformative. She successfully implemented Codex’s customer service omnichannel platform, enabling assistance and advice for customers across a seamless and integrated network of contact channels and touchpoints. In addition to this, partnering with Qualtrics she implemented Codex’s first CX programme to measure customer experience across 3 key metrics CSAT, CES and NPS providing valuable insights into customer’s needs, expectations and overall experience.
