Local Clondalkin based group Friends of the Camac are encouraging the local community to get involved and enter the ‘Stories From The Waterside’ writing competition.

Tommy Keogh of the Friends of the Camac added ” Friends of the Camac are asking locals to submit their entries to this competition to recognise the beauty of  our local rivers. In Clondalkin we have the Camac running right through our Village while the Grand Canal also flows by.

The closing date is the 31st of May and see below for more information or see http://watersandcommunities.ie
