Serves 4 people
4 chicken fillets cut into strips
4 garlic cloves crushed
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tablespoons of oil
1 large white onion cut into strips
3 bell peppers cut into strips
To serve
Basmati Rice
Grated cheese, guacamole and sour cream.
Method:
In a big bowl put the meat, garlic, lime juice, worcestershire sauce, all the spices, black pepper, oil, onion sliced and bell peppers sliced. Stir and make sure the meat and vegetables are coated in the spices. Leave for 3/ 4 hours to marinate in the fridge.
In a large pan, cook the bowl contents for 10 minutes on a medium or when the meat is cooked thoroughly.
To serve, place rice and chicken in a bowl with cheese, guacamole and sour cream, and enjoy!
