Colour Dash with Celbridge Youth Cafe

Members of Celbridge Youth Cafe are hosting a fundraiser for local Celbridge man Declan Naughton and his family, the colour dash to be held on the 30th of June at Celbridge Athletics Club. It is a 5km “Colour” Run followed by a Fun Day where they hope to raise much needed funds for the Naughton family.  Mr Naughton was participating in a charity cycle for Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland last June (2018) when he was seriously injured. As a result of this accident, €250,000 is needed to adapt their family home so that they can all live together while accommodating
Declan’s subsequent injuries. Friends, family and their local community have come together with various different events over the past 12 months in their efforts to raise funds for the necessary works at their family home. All funds raised will be donated to Declan and his family and the young people of the Cafe are being supported by their adult volunteers and volunteer stewards on the day.
