Clondalkin Down Syndrome Ireland Shop Opens

Odhran and Kevin were on hand to help Cllr. Emer Higgins cut the ribbon on the brand new Down Syndrome Ireland shop on Monastery Road, Clondalkin recently. The second hand store stocks lots of bargains for people interested in supporting a good cause as they shop.

“I was delighted to officially open the fabulous new Down Syndrome Ireland shop in Monastery Shopping Centre in Clondalkin. There are great bargains to be had there, with new and second-hand clothes, shoes, jewellery, books, CDs and other household items all for sale at discounted prices. The shop is manned by volunteers and they’re continuing to recruit so get in touch you’ve any time to spare in your week. All proceeds got the charity that work to support people with Down Syndrome and their families enabling, them to realise their full potential,” said Cllr. Emer Higgins who cut the ribbon on the store.
