Circle VHA is delighted to announce the ribbon-cutting for the completion of 38 social homes at Aderrig Square, Adamstown, Lucan. Comprising 19 one-bedroom and 19 two-bedroom apartments, the development marks a significant milestone in providing quality housing to the community, with tenancy having already commenced. The development is part of a larger endeavour aimed at enriching the lives of residents and enhancing the fabric of the neighbourhood. This project stands as a testament to the fruitful partnership between Circle VHA, the developer Quintain and South Dublin County Council. Aderrig Square represents Circle VHA’s inaugural project with Quintain, a developer renowned for its contributions to the local community. Quintain’s commitment to building not only homes but also amenities such as shopping centers, cafes, and parks exemplifies its dedication to creating thriving, self-sustaining communities.
Designed by BKD Architects, Aderrig Square offers contemporary homes built to the highest standards, catering to individuals and families seeking a vibrant, inclusive community. The thoughtful design provides a variety of house types within the scheme, ensuring that every resident finds a home suited to their needs.

Furthermore, this development marks Circle VHA’s first significant project funded by the Credit Union, highlighting the organisation’s commitment to supporting innovative funding solutions for social housing initiatives. With the Credit Union’s partnership, Circle VHA aims to continue expanding its remit, providing much-needed housing across Ireland.
