The new facility boasts a total production area of 50,000 square feet, effectively trebling the company’s previous capacity.
The significant investment in manufacturing expansion will support current clients in their data centre development plans and provide additional capacity for new clients seeking LV switchgear solutions for global data centre projects.
The drive for digitalisation and system integration has led to the implementation of a new software platform for planning and production. This platform enables live monitoring of production units and quality performance, streamlining processes and reducing administrative costs and overtime. This move towards digitalisation also supports Capital’s commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) of Responsible Consumption and Production by enabling paperless operations.

John Lynch, Capital’s Senior Electrical Design Engineer and head of Engineering is leading this expansion and driving the company’s engineering strategy.
