Ingredients:
500g Packet Mixed Fruit
170g Soft Light Brown Sugar
170g Butter
1/2 Pint Water
2 Eggs
340g Self Raising Flour

Method:
Put the fruit, sugar, butter and water into a pot and simmer slowly for 20 Minutes.
Allow to cool.
Grease and line 8 inch tin and heat oven to 150c.
Lightly beat the eggs and add to the fruit, stir in the flour.
Transfer mixture into the prepared tin and bake for approximately 1 1/2 hours depending on your oven.
