Ingredients : 250g Plain Flour
150g Caster Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
175ml Milk
70ml Sunflower Oil
1 Egg
Topping : 100g Melted Butter
100g Granulated Sugar
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
Method : Pre heat oven to 180C
Line cupcake tin with cases
Combine all the dry ingredients together
Combine all the wet ingredients together
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until combined try not to stir too much
divide into cupcake cases and bake for approx 20 – 25 mins depending on your oven
when they are cooked and have cooled down mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon together,
melt the butter and brush over the muffins then dip them into the sugar and cinnamon mix.
