South Dublin-based company Ayrton Group, which offers expert advice, training and resources in workplace risk management and safety, has been awarded three internationally recognised certifications for its processes and standards. The firm, headquartered in a custom-built 14,000 sq. ft training facility on Tallaght’s Airton Road, received ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification, which means that its quality management systems, environmental management system and occupational safety processes all meet internationally recognised best practice, legislation and regulatory requirements.
Commenting on the achievement, Kieran Lenihan, Managing Director of Ayrton Group said: “These certifications showcase the hard work and dedication of all of the team at Ayrton Group. We work hard to ensure that we have the most efficient systems and processes possible and we are delighted that this hard work has been recognised by international standards.”
ISO 9001 is the world’s foremost quality management standard and sets out the requirements for a practical and effective quality management system. It is used by organisations across 170 countries. ISO 45001 is anoccupational safety standard, which improves the safety of employees and reduces workplace incidents. Both certifications highlight Ayrton Group’s commitment to creating a better, more efficient and safer workplace for all employees. Aryton Group’s dedication to the environment can be seen in their ISO 14001 certification. In order to obtain this certification, organisations are required to make efficient use of resources and reduce waste to improve their environmental impact. This resulted in an internationally recognised Environmental Management System, which will enable Ayrton Group to effectively minimise and manage their environmental footprint.
