With more than 1300 students registered nationwide at its campuses in Cork and Limerick, it makes it one of the largest of its kind.
Director of Academic Programmes at Griffith College Dr Tomás Mac Eochagáin, presented the course and notes were provided for as Gaeilge agus as Bearla. Dr Mac Eochagáin has over 25 years of experience teaching mathematics and securing excellent exam results for students, with a PhD focusing on Leaving Cert maths.
All sessions from the weekend were recorded and will be made available online to all participants until after the examinations in June.
On the day, students arrived between 9.00 and 9.30, and had two breaks throughout the day. Students brought their own maths equipment such as calculators, pens and paper.
