Palmerstown Camera Club Beginners Course

Palmerstown Camera Club (PCC) is back after the summer break.  They have a new varied program which caters for members at different levels of photography. The Club has a new course for new members beginning on Oct 3rd in the Parish Hall, Kennellsfort Road, Palmerstown. If you have enjoy photography and would like to increase your knowledge of photography drop in to meetings on Wednesday’s at 8 pm. PCC has a membership of 60 people who are passionate about photography but also enjoy a good laugh. You will find that you are warmly welcomed and members will have no problem in answering any questions you may have. The cost of the course is €110 this includes free membership of the club for a year.
The course is designed specifically for beginners who are keen to learn photography and creating great images, it will last 6 weeks between 7pm and 8pm  The course will consist of knowing your camera, aperture, shutter speed, Iso, white balance and composition. There will also be an outing to a location to take photographs, these images can be uploaded to a closed Facebook page and advice can be given.  Course includes handouts, visual aids and practical work.
