Cllr Francis Timmons has arranged a community clean up in July.
Cllr Timmons added “The community clean-up for Cherrywood/ Bawnogue area is on the 7th July at 2pm. Meeting at Bawnogue shops and delegate out the area, I would ask that as many people as possible come out on the Day and help improve and clean up our area, a few hours volunteering can make a huge difference. Working together we can make it a better area to live, for those who can’t get out on the day I would ask that they clean outside their front, this is our chance to improve the area we live in so I would ask people to even give an hour to make a difference”
