Cllr Timmons Urges The Community to Make Submissions on Clondburris SDZ

Cllr Timmons says ”I am appealing to everyone interested to make submission to the next stage of the Clonburris SDZ to make submissions on Material alterations. The period of Public  consultation is from 20th March to 20th April , I am hugely concerned about transport issues and despite some good motions been added and approved by elected representatives , there is still  issues over phasing and the impact on the existing areas of Lucan and Clondalkin , unfortunately the last time it went out to public consultation over 600 submissions where on the whole ignored hopefully the submissions this time will be taken seriously and that real commitments will be given to deal with the many existing concerns , this SDZ must be more than just building housing its needs to address transport and service issues.”
