When Paula Mc Loughlin joined a SlimmingWorld group 17 months ago little did she realise how it would change her life.
Chronic asthmatic , struggling mammy and unhappy with her weight Paula knew enough was enough and with the support of her slimming world group started to make small changes to how she shopped , cooked and ate and quickly seen the promised big results.
8 months and 5 stone later Paula Knew that helping others was something she really wanted to do and she Trained as aSlimming World consultant.
SlimmingWorld Rowlagh opened in early August and the group went to double sessions the following week due to the fantastic success.
Paulas members have enjoyed incredible results improving fitness levels, confidence, healthy eating and general well being, all while enjoying their favourite foods.
Among the many success stories is this years greatest loser at the Rowlagh group Jason Mc Enroe who has lost an incredible 6 stone in the 7 months he’s attended group.
Jason has gone from wearing xxxl size tops to buying a 36 slim fit suit for an upcoming wedding. A very proud day.
Jason enjoys his cooked breakfasts, jokes about the huge dinners and still has a few drinks with friends. He will be the first to tell you that slimming World has changed his life and can change yours and is always quick to encourage and welcome new members to the friendly group.
Mary another member losing an astounding 5 stone in her 6 months at Slimming world recently spoke at group about being in holiday pictures for the first time in years and happily shopping for clothes now 5 sizes smaller. “nothing beats that feeling”. Mary’s advice is “Trust the Plan”.
Paula has recently taken on additional groups in the locality and is very excited to bring the passion and drive to the Ballyfermot Groups.
