Ingredients
- 300g plain flour
- 110g caster sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 250 ml whole milk
- 2 eggs
- 85g Butter ( melted)
- 200g Nutella
- 12 squares of milk chocolate
Toppings
- 15g caster sugar
- 30g chopped hazelnuts or
- 2 Tbsp nutella and chopped hazelnuts
Heat oven to 170˚c.
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl, mix wet ingredients in a jug, mix both together, pour into cupcake cases in a cupcake tin, put a square of chocolate into each one.
Mix the chopped hazelnuts and caster sugar together and sprinkle over the top of each cupcake or when cupcakes have cooled spread some nutella on top and sprinkle on some hazelnuts.
Cook for 25-30 mins.
